Canon EOS C70 4K MP4 and MXF to FCP X workflow

I’m looking for some tips regarding post workflow and getting XF-AVC media into Final Cut Pro X 10.5. There are a few issues when it comes to view, load and edit 4K XF-AVC in FCP X from Canon EOS C70. – Mooney, Chris

I can’t seem to figure out how to get the video that I recorded on my new Canon EOS C70 to my iMac into FCP X 10.3. The software that came in the box is only for windows. There has to be a way to get this video on to my computer for editing purposes. Convert Canon EOS C70 XF-AVC and H.265 to FCP X ProRes
